Booking Your Session

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your spot.

What to Expect

Before your shoot, we'll have a phone consultation to discuss ideas and create a shared Pinterest board for inspiration. Your session will be an amazing experience, lasting 1–4 hours, either on location or in the studio.

Bringing a Friend

Yes! A friend or partner can join you for support and to help you feel more at ease.
​
Tanning Tips
-
A light to medium tan applied two days before your shoot will give you a healthy glow. Avoid tan lines, as they require extra editing.
​
What to Bring
-
Women: A dressing gown, thongs, solid-colored outfits, swimwear, active-wear, jeans, fitted tops, heels, and optional hand weights (to help get a pump). Avoid tight clothing beforehand to prevent marks.

Men: A dressing gown, thongs, black swim trunks, unbranded underwear, jeans, fitted tops, and hand weights. Bring more options than you think you'll need!

Preparation Tips

Arrive with clean hair and a makeup-free face

Ensure lips are moisturised and not chapped

Nails well-groomed - soft pink or neutral in colour

Refresh hair color if needed (avoid regrowth), and ensure body hair is neatly maintained.

After Your Shoot

You'll receive a private online gallery within a week to select your favorite images.
​
Payment & Delivery

Choose your included images, and purchase any extras through our secure system. Retouched images are ready within 2–3 weeks.

Privacy & Copyright
-
You have full control over whether your photos appear on our website/social media. However, images remain the property of Venus and David Photography and cannot be shared with third parties for promotional use.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 72 hours notice. While refunds aren’t available, we’re happy to reschedule your session.
